Our Vision

M.A.T.C.H. has recognised for some time that the need for affordable housing in South East Queensland has increased significantly. As such we have put a great deal of time and resources into developing new affordable housing solutions to be offered through M.A.T.C.H.; whilst ensuring that we continue to provide the best possible service to our tenants and partners.

This has meant that M.A.T.C.H. has targeted key relationships and housing opportunities that will fit well within the organisations goals and provide tenants with a greater range of choice in relation to their housing.

In working to achieve this goal M.A.T.C.H. has taken the significant step of forging new relationships with other community sector organisations, housing related services and most significantly with private developers and philanthropic trusts that have a commitment to providing affordable housing in the Brisbane area.

These relationships have seen a significant increase in the sustainability of existing tenancies as well as the development of a number of new housing projects to be managed by M.A.T.C.H..

The Management and Staff at M.A.T.C.H. are conscious that the future growth and development of the organisation should only occur with a commitment to the highest quality service and consideration to our tenants. To this end we have successfully engaged in the accreditation process under the National Community Housing Standards, securing 3 years accreditation in 2004.

The ongoing commitment to this process will ensure that our organisation and practice is independently reviewed to make sure that we are giving our tenants, partners and community the best possible standard of service.
