All tenants housed by M.A.T.C.H. have the right to:
- Fair and non-discriminatory treatment
- Be treated with respect at all times
- Have access to safe and secure housing
- Be consulted on their housing needs and preferences
- Maintenance of confidentiality of personal information provided to M.A.T.C.H.
- Security of tenure within the terms of the tenancy agreement, funding guidelines and their rules
- Be able to complain and to appeal against decisions regarding their tenancy and treatment
- Use an advocate in all dealings with M.A.T.C.H.
- Be informed of how they can participate in M.A.T.C.H. and how they can contribute to the decision making process regarding M.A.T.C.H.
- Have access to their own information held by the organisation on file
